When humidity hits 90%, sweat cannot evaporate naturally from the skin. Our low-density, high-porosity weave is engineered to disrupt this. EPIC Muslin maximizes the mechanical wick-and-desorb cycle, allowing heat to depart the skin 30% more effectively than standard cotton jersey.
We use architecture, not chemicals. Our double-gauze muslin creates microscopic air pockets between the layers. This 'Chimney Effect' allows warm air to rise and escape through the lattice, creating a continuous mini-breeze against your baby's skin.
Most brands assume lighter is better. But too thin and the fabric collapses against the skin when damp. We've identified the 115-125 GSM range as the 'Goldilocks Zone', heavy enough to maintain structural loft but light enough to feel weightless.

To hit our weave spec we source long-staple cotton from mills that specialise in fine-gauge textiles. These high-speed air-jet looms produce a fiber that 'blooms' and gets softer with every wash in Bali's hard water.
