Returns & Refunds
We want you and your little one to love it. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-day returns
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. This applies to all orders, worldwide.
Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached, in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept items that have been worn or washed (unless they arrived faulty).
How to start a return or exchange
Email us at happytohelp@epic.supply or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with return instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. You'll get an email when your refund is on its way.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.
Return shipping
Return shipping is arranged by the customer, except when an item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In that case we cover it and make it right. Please keep your return tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
