Fabric comparison
Muslin and double gauze get mentioned in the same breath a lot, and it's easy to see why: both start as a loose, open cotton weave, and both get softer the more you wash them. We work with muslin because it's what we know best, cut in two layers for Epic's clothes, but double gauze is a real alternative with its own two layers already stitched together at the mill. Here's how the two actually compare, fabric to fabric.
